What you will learn from this case study…
In this case study, we will discuss the strategies that were implemented to help a brand increase its revenue by 4X. The following are the four main areas we focused on to achieve this:
✅ Branding
✅ Structuring Facebook Ad Accounts
✅ Leveraging New Opportunities
BRanding
Before scaling spending, our first focus was on branding. We believe that a strong brand is crucial for long-term success. For this particular brand, which sells inclusive, female clothings, we wanted to ensure that our messaging was authentic to their lifestyle. We worked with the business to nail down their mission statement, which helped us align our marketing efforts across all platforms. This resulted in explosive growth.
Structuring Facebook Ad Accounts
We spent years testing new Facebook ad account structures to allow us to scale as aggressively as possible. Our most impactful strategy, the ‘Bid Mitigation Strategy,’ was used in this business. This structure allowed us to play campaigns off each other and achieve minimum profitable ROI. We continuously increased the budget while maintaining profitability.
Leveraging New Opportunities
With our success on Facebook, we looked for new opportunities to increase profitability and scale. TikTok presented a goldmine of opportunity, and we adapted the video ads to a TikTok-style format with minor changes. We then took control of all marketing channels, including Meta, Insta, TikTok, Google ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Conclusion
Scaling a brand to 8 figures requires implementing a multitude of techniques, with each marketing platform having certain nuances that require specialist capabilities. The focus on advancing each specialism is crucial to maintain competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.
